Bridget Yassme is a multimedia digital journalist, storyteller and creator. She’s worked in media for several years honing her skills as a writer, producer, photographer and on-camera talent. In 2021 she graduated from Columbia University Journalism School where she discovered her love for short and long form video.

During her 6 years at NBCUniversal, Bridget served as a production assistant, executive assistant, producer and on-camera digital reporter.

Shaped by her lived experiences as a first-generation, Ghanaian-American woman, Bridget is drawn to character driven stories that explore identity, race, culture—and the incredible complexity that arises when those ideas intersect.

She also loves beauty and fashion – sharing her style and recommendations on her social platforms. 

Bridget is currently seeking new opportunities to grow professionally. In the interim, she is focused on portrait photography, fashion styling, event curation, and content creation.
